Personally I preffer the modern one better , looks more menacing and creepy too me , but I also understand the "taste" of the classic stile...
Maybe a change o' head could be a nice option , I'll have to think about it with Helder
The face will be a mixture of modern and classic , not so "detailed skeleton face" and not so "silly guy on mask"
You know what I mean , menacing but not overdetailed.

Hmmmm....i will say both will look like Taskmaster shield and sword 
But if you meaning in "size" terms, yes , the shield will be similar to Capi shield and the sword probably will be bigger than Black Night sword , because (sadly) Black Knight statue is a bit on the "hobbit" side compared to the other Bowen statues.
