The Junkions have managed to restore Ultra Magnus, who had been wounded by the fearsome Galvatron, and the remnants of the Autobot team would proceed to courageously launch an assault on Unicron to recover the all-important Matrix of Leadership. Crashing their ship through one of the Unicron’s eyes, the team gets separated with Hot Rod finding himself in a tense face-off with Galvatron.
